Survey is sent in a different language

Describe the bug

Hello, my instance is configured to work in Spanish, but when the automatic satisfaction report message is sent, it is sent in English

Sent this text: "Please rate this conversation," {{dynamic url}}

But expected text on Spanish like my account, but when i manually resolve the conversation this use Spanish, just fail o automatic resolving

Also the text in conversation are on english (Conversation was marked resolved by system due to 1 days of inactivity) instead of spanish version of text

To Reproduce

Configure the automatic conversation resolution time, in my case it is 1 day

Expected behavior

Use the same locale as the account
