I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue
In Windows 10 if you make taskbar transparent active window is still not transparent, so it's visible. But in Windows 11 taskbar active window blends in with with other windows. Would it be possible to make it non transparent, just like on Windows 10 taskbar?
Windows version
Windows 11 SV2 (builds 22621-22622)
