I tried to run pip install librelingo-yaml-loader in my local with the following environments:

Python 3.12.0
pip 23.2.1
wheel: 0.42.0
Fedora release 39 (Thirty Nine)

but got the following error:

It seems to be related to Cython. More detail: https://discuss.python.org/t/getting-requirements-to-build-wheel-did-not-run-successfully-exit-code-1/30365

I had to echo "Cython<3" > cython_constraint.txt and PIP_CONSTRAINT=cython_constraint.txt pip install librelingo-yaml-loader

Similar error happened to pip install librelingo-json-export but this one can't be solved with the above workaround:

sorry for spaming, but I just found the solution:
pip install git+https://github.com/roy-ht/editdistance.git@v0.6.2

So I guess the bug here is that we have an outdated version of editdistance listed as a dependency?
